Our story began with Randy’s love for historic restoration—uncovering beauty beneath old layers and bringing homes into the present. He founded Cambridgeport with a focus on craftsmanship, trusted relationships, and lasting care for every client.

Meet the Team

  • Randy Milburn

    FOUNDER, PROJECT EXECUTIVE

    With a background in geology and early work restoring pipe organs in historic cathedrals, he brings hands-on expertise and attention to detail to every project. Off the job, he enjoys golf, coaches lacrosse, and walks his golden retriever in Sudbury.

  • Tracey Freda

    OFFICE MANAGER

    With 25+ years in finance, Tracey joined Cambridgeport in 2021 and now leads all financial operations with expertise and strategic focus. Outside of work, she’s a fitness enthusiast, enjoys camping with friends, and is a proud cat mom to Luna.

  • Ricardo Torres

    JOB COST ACCOUNTANT

    With 15+ years in construction, he bridges finance and project teams. He meets weekly with managers to track change orders, review budgets, and keep invoicing accurate—ensuring seamless coordination across all phases of project execution.

  • Kevin Manfredi

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Since joining in 2022, he’s overseen multiple projects with sharp organization and a commercial background. Bilingual in Spanish, he coordinates site teams, contracts, and schedules—keeping things running smoothly even when plans change.

  • Michael Luccio

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Known for calm control and a steady hand, he manages projects from start to finish with precision. A hockey enthusiast, he handles contracts, procurement, and scheduling—always ready to adapt when the unexpected arises.

  • Lawrence Howell

    SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT

    A seasoned industry veteran, he serves as senior superintendent, mentoring site leads and overseeing multiple projects. With deep experience and leadership, he supports quality and consistency across the company’s job sites.

  • Lauro Corsini

    SUPERINTENDANT

    Fluent in Portuguese and trained in fine finish carpentry, he brings craftsmanship and foresight to every job. From the earliest stages, he envisions how final details will come together—delivering quality and consistency on-site.

  • Brian Markey

    SUPERINTENDENT

    A licensed contractor based in Brighton, he manages day-to-day site operations with focus and precision. Known for his problem-solving skills and reliability, he ensures each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • Heather Morkan

    ASST. PROJECT MANAGER

    As assistant project manager, she handles procurement and coordinates bids and site visits. With a background in the medical industry and a Northeastern degree, she’s a paperwork powerhouse—streamlining communication and keeping every detail on track.

  • Casey Hannon

    SERVICE & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

    Casey manages service and maintenance, handling everything from emergency repairs to HVAC tune-ups. As the point person for completed homes, she helps maintain strong client relationships long after construction is complete.
