Situated in a historic district, this full gut renovation restored the home’s exterior to its original character. To avoid zoning variances, a crumbling garage was rebuilt in place using CMU walls and a concrete-topped steel structure. Decorative medallions and diamond stucco patterns were molded and replicated. Inside, the home was entirely rebuilt with new mechanicals, insulation, millwork, and finishes. A cedar pergola and family room addition now anchor the refreshed interiors and updated landscaping.
