In collaboration with Flavin Architects, this modern renovation focused on key architectural upgrades within an existing structure. European windows were imported mid-COVID, presenting complex logistical hurdles. The work centered on reimagining the kitchen, bathrooms, and a striking custom steel staircase. Throughout the home, finishes and details were selected to emphasize a clean, modern aesthetic while seamlessly integrating with the original construction.
