West Canton, 2021

This brownstone was fully renovated, including an excavated basement and new rooftop. Structural changes included full-width windows and doors at the rear, opening to a large deck and new patio. Inside, preserved plaster moldings, a reconfigured layout, and all-new kitchen and baths. The basement features a wine cellar and guest suite with private access. The team included Owen Thomas Architecture and Sarah Scales Design Studio.
